Combining her passion for events and her love of wines from the South of France, Although born in Canada, Chantal began in the industry by importing select rosés from Provence. On her journey, she learnt that connecting wine makers to established local agents through events and workshops made a golden combination for all. Although passionate about wine, her first love is figure skating where she appeared on Dragons Den for her unique skating and events concept www.glisseonice.com. She also happens to be Laetitia and Astrid’s maman. Chantal is a proud member of Verity and the Osler Ski club in Ontario. She spends her winters in Canada and her summers in Marseille.

Laetitia & Astrid Van Ruymbeke

Laetitia and Astrid grew up in Marseille. Leti completed her sommelier studies in Toronto. She pulled vines and picked grapes in Bandol France at the Domaine Pieracci and carried her adventures to Australia where she worked in the fields and hosted countless events as a sommelier in France, Toronto, Sydney and on the Gold Coast. She also happens to be Chantal’s daughter. Astrid Van Ruymbeke, who is based in Toronto is an accomplished musician and photographer and brings a unique eye and experience through capturing content and special events. Laetitia and Astrid are twins.
